A man has been charged with the sexual assault of a woman in Kerry six years ago. The man who cannot be identified for legal reasons is accused of committing the crime on the 5th of May 2008. He’s also accused of stealing a mobile phone on the same date. The 41 year old man is also accused of being in possession of a blade in a town in Kerry on the 24th of August 2008. He was remanded on bail to appear at Killarney District Court on the 16th of September.
