Niall Quinn has announced he's to step down from his role within the FAI.
The former Republic of Ireland international took up the position of Deputy Interim CEO back in January.
It follows the decision by Interim CEO Gary Owens not to put himself forward for the permanent CEO role.
In a statement, he says he'll remain available to the FAI until a new CEO is appointed.

Former Ireland defender Gary Breen says senior international manager Stephen Kenny needs more time to improve his team.
Finland beat Ireland one-nil in the UEFA Nations League yesterday - just days after Bulgaria held Kenny's team to a 1-1 draw in Sofia.
Breen told O-T-B-A-M that the job was made more difficult this week with players still in pre-season with their clubs

Newcastle United have signed Callum Wilson from English Championship side Bournemouth for a reported fee of 22-point-2 million euros. (20 million pounds)
Wilson has signed a four year deal with the Premier League club.

Manchester City players Riyad Mahrez and Aymeric Laporte have tested positive for coronavirus.
City say neither player have displayed symptoms of the virus.
Both players are currently observing a period of self-isolation in accordance with Premier League and UK Government protocol on quarantine.
