The 6 houses situated at Ballygologue are 3 two bedroomed houses and 3 threebed roomed houses. The residences are open to couples and single people, however a scheme of priorities will be drawn up by the council detailing eligibility. A ballpark figure for the houses is in the region of 110-120,000 euro according to Michael McMahon. Kerry County Council may deal with arranging a mortgage for prospective buyers.
