Landmark Tralee property sells after over two years on the market

A landmark building in Tralee has been sold. Castlemorris House Castlemorris House in Ballymullen which has been operating as a B&B since 2006 was on the market since 2013. Dublin based auctioneers Ganley Walters confirmed that the property, which was built in the 1790’s by Caleb Chute sold for very close to the asking price of €495,000. The three-storey over basement house boasts eight bedrooms, a large entrance hallway, drawing room and dining room. Ganley Walters auctioneers says Castlemorris House has been bought by an Irish couple with a young family and will continue to operate as a B & B.
