Killarney’s Monex launches scholarship programme

Killarney based company Monex has launched a new scholarship.

The Monex Scholarship Programme aims to support leaving certificate students from Killarney’s three secondary schools that are accepted to third level studies at Cork University Business School at UCC.

Successful applicants from Killarney Community College, St Brigid’s Presentation Secondary School, and St Brendan’s College could receive funding of up to €3,000 a year.

Applications will begin following the first round of CAO offers in mid-August and remain open until the 18th of October when CAO offers end.

Monex Financial Services owner and founder, Frank Murphy is a UCC graduate and an adjunct professor at the Cork University Business School.
