The team rode brilliantly and ran out comfortable winners In the end with Maes taking 7th place, O’Brien 9th and Slattery 11th.
John Crowley was not far off the podium in the over-50 event where he came 7th, and Colin Leahy and Michael O’Connor computer in the over-40 Category.
The club’s younger riders were to the fore also. In the under-16 race Patrick Galvin came 4th and just missed out on the medals, and Eoghan Crowley got a top-class 6th place in the under-U14 race.
