Killarney printing company shortlisted for best printed book of the year award

Kerry people and places A Killarney company has been short listed for the best printed book of the year award. Killarney Printing who printed, published and are distributors for ‘Kerry People and Places 1860-1960’ is one of the finalists in the book section at the annual print awards. The award recognises excellence in the printing field including design and finish. Kerry People and Places is a joint venture between The Trustees of Muckross House and Killarney Printing. The book was researched and edited by Patricia O’Hare of the research library in Muckross and was printed by Killarney Printing as a project to mark the company’s centenary year. The winner will be announced at the end of the month.
