Killarney’s NCT Centre has the second highest pass rate in the country at 54.1%.
Coming in less than 1% behind Kilkenny at 55%.
The pass rate in Tralee is 52.2% , while its 50.9% in Cahersiveen, according to 2016 Road Safety Authority figures.
Almost 1.5 million tests were carried out with almost 760,000 vehicles failing to meet the criteria set out by the RSA.
Clifden in County Galway has the highest fail rate at 61.3%.
Cahersiveen was the quietest test centre in the country, testing just 3,598 vehicles.
