Killarney Councillor to move a motion on horse excrement in Killarney

Councillor Michael Gleeson says he doesn`t believe Killarney National Park will continue to allow horse dung on their walkways in The National Park. The independent Councillor is to move a motion on the issue of horse excrement at tonight`s meeting of Killarney Town Council. Currently 130 jarvey horses are authorised to operate in the area. The National Park invited submissions from locals on how to tackle the problem of horse excrement in the town. Councillor Gleeson says it`s appropriate that the issue be dealt with now.
