Killarney business working with major pharma company on launching cancer care app

A Killarney business is working with a major pharmaceutical company on a project to develop and launch a cancer care app.

Portable Medical Technology was founded by Eoin O’Carroll and brothers Kevin and Richard Bambury in 2012; they won the MSD Innovation Factory competition in Lebanon earlier this year.

They won $20,000 cash and are to work with MSD to tweak its OncoAssist app for use by health professionals in Lebanon.
