Kery Mayor to seek Fianna Fail nomination

The Mayor of the county has announced he is to seek the Fianna Fail party`s nomination to run in the next General Election. Councillor Ned O Sullivan says he intends to put his name forward at the party convention. His colleague John Brassil is also looking for the nomination and its expected Norma Foley will also throw her hat in the ring. Councillor O Sullivan ran in the 1992 general election for Fianna Fail and transferred almost 3,000 votes. He says he believes it`s a time to change the political landscape in North Kerry.
