Kerry’s John Griffin Announces Retirement From Senior Inter County Hurling

Kerry’s John Griffin has announced his retirement from Senior Inter County hurling

Griffin was a member of the panel since 2003, playing in Divisions 1, 2 and 3 of the Allianz League, winning medals in the latter 2.

He played in 5 Christy Ring Cup finals, winning twice. Griffin captained the Kingdom when they were victorious in 2015.

He was an All-Star replacement in December 2015 and also had the honour of playing for his country in a number of shinty-hurling internationals against Scotland.
