Kerry’s acting Junior Minister believes a government will be formed next week.

Brendan Griffin feels TDs have to act on people’s call for a government to be in place, because of the magnitude of the coronavirus situation.

Fianna Fáil Senator Ned O’Sullivan has decided not to canvass door-to-door for the Seanad elections and will instead do it over the phone because of coronavirus.

He agrees that a government needs to be formed soon.
