What information do I need for the Booking Form?
- Your business details
- Insurance Details with a specific letter of indemnity to Raidio Chiarrai Teoranta - if you already have PLI in place all that is required is a letter from your insurance company indemnifying Raidio Chiarrai Teoranta (Radio Kerry) which should not incur any additional charge.
- Your debit/credit card - payment is powered securely by Stripe
What about the Floor Plan?
You will see floor plan on the booking form and you can choose your space from the drop down menu. Please bear in mind you may be beside a similar supplier.

Once you have read them just hit the back arrow on your browser to return to the booking form! Any questions you have should be answered on this document but if not please don’t hesitate to ask.
Once you choose a location the form will take you to the section to choose your space. Once booked this space will no longer be available to other suppliers. Please note that, as outlined in the terms and conditions, you may be located beside or across from another supplier in your category. For now we are opening only the ground floor for the Show. In the event that we need to make extra spaces available these will be located upstairs and as such is not included on the booking form as a result.
***Insurance*** It is mandatory that there is insurance cover in place for your legal liability to members of the public or their property arising from your attendance as an exhibitor/sub-contractor at the Kerry Wedding Show. A minimum limit of €6.5M is required. Please also confirm that a specific indemnity is provided to Radio Chiarrai Teo under your policy.

A cancellation fee will apply to bookings cancelled after January 15th 2023

- Inclusion of your competition prize in an email to the Visitors
Visitor Booklet – supplied in print and via email on Sunday January 26th
Copy deadline is Wednesday, January 17th, bearing in mind the print deadline.
