Aidan O’Mahony, spoke alongside Olive Foley, widow of Irish rugby player Anthony Foley, and Ronan O’Gara, about the importance of faith and family in sport.
Meanwhile, the issue of ‘safeguarding children’ will be discussed at a special sitting of the World Meeting of Families later today.
Among the panellists will be abuse survivor Marie Collins, who was a former member of the Pope’s child protection commission.
