A Lisselton man is appearing before the Oireachtas Finance Committee this evening on the issue of tracker mortgages.

Padraic Kissane runs Kissane Financial Services in Dublin.

The Central Bank estimates that 8,200 accounts were wrongly moved off tracker mortgages with 15 lenders involved.

Mr Kissane, who has previously hit out at the behaviour of banks in this regard, is to outline to the Oireachtas committee how overcharging has impacted on thousands of individuals and families.
