Kerry had the highest number of call-outs for fly infestations nationally from January to March.
That’s according to Rentokil, who credits the mild start to the year for the increase in infestations.
Rentokil is warning Kerry residents and business owners to prepare for a fly-infested summer.
They have already seen an increase of 33% in callouts for fly infestations during from January to March, when compared with the same period in 2018.
Kerry had the highest number of call-outs, accounting for 30%.
Dublin came in second at 23% and Cork accounted for 14% of call-outs during that time.
