Kerry County Council propose to build 30 new homes in Tralee

Kerry County Council propose to build 30 new residential units in Tralee.

It is proposed that 30 new homes will be built in Croogarts and 8 at Rahoonane.

There are also plans to build new homes in Lohercannon, a development which has increased in size to 61-units.

The council is proposing to carry out the development of 4 two-bed or four person units along with 4 three-bed or five person units in Rahoonane.

The development also consist of the construction of parking and pedestrian facilities, landscaping and associated site works.

Meanwhile, plans for Lohercannon have been increased from 56-units to a 61-unit development.

The council proposes to build 8 one-bed apartments, 37 three-bedroom houses, 12 four-bed houses and 4 five-bed houses at Lohercannon.

The council is inviting submissions or observations for both, which must be received before May 31st at 5pm.
