Kerry County Council announces new incentive to encourage films to be shot locally

Kerry County Council has announced a new incentive to encourage films to be shot in the county.

Films shot in Kerry will now benefit from an additional 5% tax relief on top of the 32% already available via the section 481 funding.

The local arts office says this incentive offers a significant financial return for investors while providing valuable financial support for film projects in the area.
