Kerry comes 7th from the bottom when it comes to disposable income

Kerry comes 7th from the bottom when it comes to disposable income, according to the CSO.

It comes slightly ahead of counties, Clare, Roscommon, Offaly, Longford, Cavan and Donegal.

Disposable income in Kerry increased by almost 4% in 2014 to just over €17,200 from an average of almost €16,600 in 2013.

The total average income in the county in 2014 at €21,313, actually slightly less than the 2013 average of €21,536.

Dublin residents tops the income league with an average of €21,963 after tax and PRSI.
