Kerry auctioneer says 2019 more of the same in relation to property prices

2019 will more of the same in relation to property in the county.

Paul Stephenson of auctioneers Sherry FitzGerald Stephenson Crean says demand for both new and used homes in the county has continued to increase over the past twelve months in line with national trends.

He says there currently no new houses for sale in Tralee, which adds to the demand for second-hand property in Kerry.

Mr Stephenson says, while he doesn’t foresee anything drastic happening, he expects the market to remain strong and for prices to continue to increase throughout 2019.
