Kerry Airport announces revenue of 6 million euro

A major re-development of the arrival and departure facilities at Kerry Airport could be a step closer today after the company announced yearly revenue of over 6 million euro. Its annual statement shows the airport in good shape with passenger traffic up 30 per cent on the previous yearDuring 2004 over 370 thousand people used the airport with the Stansted, Frankfurt and Manchester routes driving growth. Spokesperson Peter Bellu says if the airport continues to do well financially then the government will be more inclined to provide grant aid for development.
