Kenmare named Ireland’s Best Kept Small Town

Kenmare has been named Ireland’s Best Kept Small Town.

Minister for Rural and Community Affairs Michael Ring presented the award to a delegation from Kenmare at Farmleigh House earlier today.

The competition, which spans the 32 counties, is the latest in a long list of accoldes for Kenmare’s Tidy Towns Committee.


Cllr Patrick Connor-Scarteen congratulated the delegation who are currently on their way back home with their award.
