The jury in the Brian Curtain trial has been sent home to allow legal arguments to take place. Judge Carol Moran told them that in trying to hear the case as efficiently as possible they could retire for the day. He said the jury could wait all day and hear nothing of the case. He asked them to return in the morning for a resumption of evidence.
