Jack O’Connor’s time in charge of the Kerry Senior Footballers is at an end.After 3 years in the job, O’Connor has revealed that, having spoken with his management team, the decision they reached after much thought and consideration was that they were not in a position to continue, for personal reasons.So, after 3 years, 3 All-Ireland Finals and 2 Final victories, it’s the end of an era for O’Connor, Johnny Culloty, Pat Flanagan and Ger O’Keeffe.Also gone is full-back Mike McCarthy, who won 3 Senior All-Ireland titles in his time with Kerry.
