Ireland Wait On Euro 2016 Play-Off Draw

The Republic of Ireland will find out this morning who they’ll have to beat to reach the Euro 2016 finals. The draw for the qualifying play-offs is made. They’ll face Bosnia and Herzegovina, Ukraine, Norway, or Slovenia. It’s as you were at the top of the Premier League, after wins for all of the top three. Second-placed Arsenal won 3-0 at Watford after leaders Man City beat Bournemouth 5-1 and Man United’s 3-0 victory at Everton. Newcastle seek a first win of the Premier League season at the ninth attempt this afternoon. Steve McClaren’s side welcome Norwich to St. James’s Park, where kick-off is at 4. A resurgent Derby could crack the Championship’s top-six this afternoon. Paul Clement’s side host Wolves from 1.15. In the Scottish Premiership, Mixu Paatelainen’s first game in charge of Dundee United sees Hearts visit Tannadice at 12.15.
