INO warns of affected services if increase is held back

The Irish Nurse`s Organisation says they cannot give any guarantee that protest action won`t be taken if the HSE decides to hold back their three and a half per cent pay rise due next month. The union was speaking at the beginning of its three day conference taking place in Killarney today.Its warning that hospital services will be affected if the HSE fails to implement the increase. The Minister For Health Mary harney is due to attend the conference on Friday. Dave Hughes with the INO says he expects heated debate between the Minister and the union`s members.
