Increases in visitor numbers were reported across Kerry during 2017.

While the number of UK tourists is down due to Brexit, Tourism Ireland says last year was a record year with 10.65 million people estimated to have visited Ireland by the end of 2017.

President of Killarney Chamber of Tourism and Commerce, Paul O’Neill says despite a drop in UK visitors, numbers coming to the town are up.
