Housing Minister says he doesn’t anticipate General Election this year

Minister Simon Coveney has said he doesn’t anticipate there will be a General Election this year.

He made the comments during a visit to Kerry today.

The Housing Minister had a number of engagements, including the announcement of phase two of the Mitchels Regeneration Project in Tralee and 15 new housing units.

He said he is focusing on delivering the programme for government and doesn’t currently anticipate a General Election:
