High Court president orders Kerry solicitor be struck off solicitors’ roll

The President of the High Court has ordered that a Kerry solicitor be struck off the roll of solicitors at the end of this year.

 

The order relates to Maurice O’Sullivan, previously practising as Maurice O’Sullivan & Co Solicitors, Colbert Street, Listowel.
Mr O’Sullivan had been found guilty of professional misconduct by the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal.

 

The matter related to failure to register properties of a number of clients.
A  final order was made in the case which was taken under the Solictors Act before the President of the High Court yesterday.
