Hectic Weekend For Kerry Basketball Clubs In Superleague & National League Action

Garvey’s Tralee Warriors could be without Kieran Donaghy for their opening Superleague game of the season against county rivals and newcomers, Keane’s Supervalu Killorglin on Saturday night.

Donaghy will be togging out with Austin Stacks against Dingle in the County Football Championship at 6pm for a game that will finish only minutes before the basketball fixture.

It’s Killorglin’s first game in the Superleague after gaining promotion last season and club PRO Eamonn Foley looks ahead.

In Men’s Basketball National League Division One, Scott’s Lakers St Paul’s Killarney will be aiming for five wins in a row when they travel to play Portlaoise Panthers on Saturday night.

Tip-off is at 8pm in St Mary’s Hall Portlaoise.

Matt O’Neill is the St Paul’s PRO.
