Gaelic Football updates

The Kerry Senior Footballers were back in training last night for the first time since the drawn Munster Final with Limerick. Aidan O`Mahony and Paul Galvan missed the session due to dead legs but will be okay for the replay. Mike McCarthy did take part in training after recovering from the knock to the head he sustained last Sunday. The situation regarding Seamus Moynihan`s participation next Sunday remains uncertain due to his ankle injury but reports that he’ll be sidelined for at least another 4 weeks have been dismissed.Substitute Mark Evans`s match saving 2 points in the Munster Minor Football Final against Cork has earned him a starting spot for tomorrow night’s replay. Evans will play at right half forward, with Michael O`Donohue switching wings. Paddy Curran, replaced by Evans last Sunday, is relegated to the subs bench. The other change sees Andrew Kennelly restored to the attack after being dropped for the final. Kennelly comes in at centre forward. To facilitate this Darren O Sullivan pushes to full forward, Shane Murphy goes to the corner and Billy Dennehy is left out.
