Inter-county GAA players hope their sleepouts will highlight the need for action on homelessness.

Over 400 current and former players took to the streets in towns and cities like Dublin, Cork, Limerick, Galway and Belfast last night as part of the “Gaelic Voices for Change” campaign.

Kerry inter-county players Sarah Houlihan from Killorglin and Paul Geaney from Dingle were among those taking part in the sleepout.

The group's planning to turn its attention to issues like mental health and racism next.
