Concerns have again been raised about recruitment and retention of staff at University Hospital Kerry.
This follows the resignation of a consultant oncologist at the hospital.
It’s the latest in a series of resignations by senior staff at UHK.
Health Minister Simon Harris has previously denied that the hospital is on the verge of being ‘downgraded’.
But Sinn Féin councillor Toiréasa Ferris said while she welcomed Minister Harris’s comments she is not reassured.
