Four workers for Rathmore under Rural Social Scheme

Rathmore is to get four workers under the Rural Social Scheme. The Community Council in the East Kerry village wants to make the area a gateway to Kerry and to Killarney Tourism. A plan charting the future of the village has been drawn up. It aims to attract more young people to the area. Meanwhile Minister Eamon O Cuiv has also announced that the Rural Social Scheme is to be extended to other areas in the county. South Kerry Partnership and Tuatha Chiarrai will benefit form the extension.
