Four Kerry Minors In 2018 Electric Ireland Team Of The Year

Four of the Kerry’s All-Ireland winning team have been named in the 2018 Minor Team of the Year.

Defenders Owen Fitzgerald from Gneeveguilla, Colm Moriarty from Annascaul, midfielder Darragh Rahilly from Rathmore were selected along with the solitary forward, Paul Walsh from Brosna.

Kerry completed the five-in-a-row at Minor level against Galway who have three players included in the team of the year.


Players from Kildare, Monaghan, Derry, Dublin and Meath also make up the selection.

The team was chosen by Electric Ireland panellists, including All-Star winning former Cork footballer, Daniel Goulding and All-Star winning former Tyrone captain, Sean Cavanagh.
