Former United States Ambassador to Ireland Michael J Sullivan has become a non-executive Director of Kerry Group. The announcement was made earlier today in conjunction with the release of the company’s preliminary results for 2003. Mr Sullivan also served as Governor of Wyoming between 1987 and 1995. He also sits on the board of A I B. Meanwhile, Michael Griffin has retired as an Executive Director and will leave his post as Chief Executive of Kerry Foods later this week. Flor Healy will succeed Mr Griffin.
