Five Kerry primary schools taking part in science fair

Five Kerry schools are taking part in this year’s RDS Primary Science Fair in Limerick.

The event, involving three thousand primary school students, in Mary Immaculate College runs from today (Thursday) until Saturday.

Moyderwell Mercy Primary School, Tralee, Firies National School, Gaelscoil Lios Tuathail, Nagle-Rice Primary School, Miltown, Killahan Primary School, Abbeydorney and Spa National School, Tralee have all completed projects.

These include a study on protein milk, gluten, sugar levels in lunchboxes and why students are not cycling to school.
