File is prepared for DPP in conection with death of Lispole man

Gardai have confirmed a file is being prepared for the DPP in connection with the investigation into the death of a pensioner in west Kerry. The body of 68 year old James Griffin was discovered at his home in Lispole on September 28th after he had been reported missing for a number of his days. A post mortem failed to establish the exact cause of death but found that the retired farmer had suffered internal head injuries shortly before he died. One man has been helping Gardai with their enquiries.
