Expressions of interest have been invited to undertake a financial feasibility and economic impact study for the redevelopment of the old Dingle hospital site.

St Elizabeth’s stands a-top Goat Street at Ashmount Terrace on a substantial site.

Built as a workhouse before operating as a hospital, it was replaced by the West Kerry Community Hospital which opened on Mail Road in 2012.

There have been numerous calls for the site to be redeveloped; Dingle Enterprise and Innovation Hub MOLTEIC are now seeking its redevelopment as a multi-use community and tourism buildings and a business site.

Interested parties are invited to submit expressions of interest by Friday, Janaury 26th by 4pm.
