Sam Bennett has extended his lead in the race for the green jersey, with just four stages remaining on the Tour de France.

He got the better of Peter Sagan on today’s intermediate sprint to move 47-points clear.

The stage was won by Miguel-Angel Lopez, who ends the day third on general classification.

Primoz Roglic has extended his lead in yellow to 57-seconds over Tadej Pogacar.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic has been included in AC Milan’s squad for tomorrow’s Europa League qualifier with Shamrock Rovers.

Macclesfield Town have been wound up after a judge heard the club owed more than half-a-million pounds.

A Judge issued the order at a virtual hearing in the specialist Insolvency and Companies Court earlier.

Macclesfield had recently been relegated from League Two into the National League.

It’s been confirmed that both of the Heineken Champions Cup semi-finals will be played on Saturday, September 26th.

Leinster will have home advantage for those semis should they beat Saracens on Saturday.

They’ll face either Racing or Clermont

Should Ulster win away to Toulouse, they’ll play either Exeter or Northampton in the semi-finals.
