The EPA says it will apply scientific rigor in how it prioritises the order in which water treatment plants are upgraded. EPA The body released its Drinking Water Report today, which details 30 water treatment plants in Kerry where urgent upgrades are required. Yvonne Doris inspector with the EPA says the establishment of Irish Water has caused delays in the upgrading works being completed.
