Up to €60,000 in funding will be allocated for Kerry heritage projects

Up to €60,000 in funding will be allocated for Kerry heritage projects.

This is an increase of 20% in the Kerry funding, under the Built Heritage Investment Scheme and the Historic Structures Fund.

Minister of State for Tourism and Sport Brendan Griffin says this funding will be very important to develop the county’s tourism offering and in helping attract people to the county.

He is encouraging relevant groups to apply before the January 31st deadline.
