DNA tests carried out on what’s believed to be Margeret Hassan’s body

The remains of what`s believed to be the Irish born aid worker Margaret Hassan is being DNA tested today. The body is understood to have been flown out of Iraq for testing. Yesterday Margaret Hassan husband made a plea for her killers to return her body to her family. Over 1 thousand people attended a memorial service which was held in Kenmare yesterday. Margaret’s sister Geraldine lives in the town with her husband Gerry Riney.
