Dispute continues between Traders and Town Council

The deadlock in talks continues between Tralee Town Council and the traders, despite the official opening of the square today. The Town Council would like traders to have uniform stalls, but the traders are happy with there present stalls. They have thus far failed to reach any agreement. James Clifford head of the square project says the traders are being inflexible. Meanwhile residents of the newly renovated town square are disappointed not to have received an invite to today`s official opening ceremony. Joe Fitzgerald speaking on behalf of his mother does not accept that due to the small number of residents, there might have been an oversight. His mother has been living in the square for the past 45 years.
