Director of legal aid rejects claims of inefficiency

The Director of legal aid in Tralee has rejected claims that the current system of free legal aid isn’t efficient. A report issued by the Free legal Advice Centre claims the system is not working for the less well off, and that free legal aid does not always get to the people who need it most.FLAC which has been campaigning for a revised system for sometime, believe the current system is outdated and out of touch. This has been strongly rejected by Director of legal Aid in Tralee, Frank Brady.
