Dingle man is appointed Chairperson of Kerry branch of The Restaurants Association

Sean Cluskey of Doyle`s Seafood Restaurant and Bar in Dingle has been appointed Chairperson of the Kerry branch of the Restaurants Association. The position means he will also take up a place on the Council which governs the association. Mr Cluskey purchased Doyles in 1997 and has won awards from Bord Fáilte, the RAI and AA in recent years. In 2002 he won Le Routiers Restaurant of the Year. Around 600 restaurants nationally are represented by the association.
