Developer reasures Lixnaw residents on infrastructure concerns

A developer of one of the housing developments in Lixnaw is assuring residents that infrastructure in the area will be up dated to accommodate new developments planned for the village. Up to 300 houses have been granted planning permission in Lixnaw. Concerns were expressed by a resident in the area that the village did not have the sewerage system or that roads and pathways were not up to the standard that is required for such large scale developments.
