In Kerry, house prices between January and March of this year were almost 7% higher than a year previously.

There were 6,750 properties on the market in Munster this month, 2% higher than a year ago.
Nationally house prices rose by an average of 2.9% in the first quarter of the year, according to the latest House Price Report released today by Ireland’s largest property website, Daft.ie.
