Court gives Tralee resident 2 months to vacate council house

Tralee Town Council says it had no choice but to seek a court order against a man who refused to move out of his mother`s council house after her death. Tralee Circuit Court granted the order against the occupant of 83 Connolly Park after the Council argued he moved in after his mother passed away. The order gives him two months to vacate the premises. Kathleen Moriarty of Tralee Town Council says that with a waiting list of almost 1,000 people they must ensure every one is treated fairly.
